I purchased 2 E171 Avantree earbuds. Both were defective. One had a short in the wire, and the mic did not work on the other. Due to eBay complications, I could not get a return label. The seller was very slow to respond to my messages when I requested help getting a return label, which led to the return window to close. After that, they stopped communicating with me. I had to get PayPal resolutions involved.
