Locket hanging clasp is very long and makes the item sound a bit “tinny” not the greatest design. Had a Jeweller cut and refit to reduce movement and noise at a cost of £15.00. Other than that it was ok product

The locket and the bail are exactly as pictured, you told me how much you liked it in an email before you bought it. If you didn't like the bail you could have asked for me to change it and I would have done free of charge before it was sent. You could have even sent it back to me afterwards for a free adjustment.
