The wacker plate arrived after a phone call asking where it was ,wrapped in half a cardboard box with shrink wrap round it a week late . I took several photos and sent them straight away as the rubber mat and fittings was not in there.The wacker was fine and said i would accept it as i needed it for a job. 4 phone calls saying they will send me a replacement mat and still no show. The last calls they said they didn't have them is stock, then they have sent it . What a joke of a company. ��
