Ring is very soft. Bends and distorts extremely easily. Also sent wrong coloured stone.

We have sold hundred of these lovely rings in a variety of gemstones and have never had this feedback- only positive ones- as for sending the wrong stone it just is not true- every ring is 100% quality checked and is sent in a sealed bag with the name of the stone on along with the size- If there are any problems just contact us directly and we can easily sort out any concerns you may have- Namaste Carl and Sarah
