The desk itself is lovely and we are very pleased with it. However the experience of the purchase and lack of communication from the seller about the problems with deliveries made the experience unpleasant. keeping your customers informed is important, makes all the difference and reassures. I wouldn’t have minded about the delays if I was told about them, if my messages were responded to within a responsible time frame rather then forgotten until I chased again. Please learn from this.
