The voltage regulators look new and one works so far. Ebay allowing shipping types to be changed after the sale of the product is very unethical to say the least. Also the add saying three day shipping and it taking ten days also getting old. If it is going to take ten days to ship, then just word your add that way, so the customer can choose more efficiently who to order from or not to order from.
