Have contacted the seller but they have not yet responded. I expected a resin tray as per the description for £549. But what turned-up was a lightweight plastic shower tray which was flexible and creaked when you stood on it. This advert is a complete con. Not only did I have to wait 7 days between ordering and delivery (rather than an almost next day delivery offered by most bathroom sites) the product was not as described and I am now having to return and claim a refund for misdescription.
