DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE
Item doesn’t act like it should. Definitely isn’t refurbished. They don’t respond to messages about problems with the machine. Took forever to mail it and then they mailed the plug before the machine and then I had to harass them to send me the actual machine. Customer service is the worst out of any eBay store I’ve dealt with over the past 17 years. Absolutely terrible. Disgusting item and can’t even get them to reply to any messages. Don’t buy. Buy a Roomba.

Original item was never received and I had to prove to the seller with pictures of the packaging that the item could not fit in the package with the other item I ordered. The replacement came weeks later and only worked for a few weeks before it stop charging any device.
