I found customer service to be excessively rigid. I mistakenly ordered the wrong book and tried to cancel minutes after placing my order. My request was refused. Then, after the book arrived, I tried to return it. But the store would not cover the return shipping, whose price was equal to the cost of the book. So I am stuck with a book that I do not want.
