Item would have been great if it did not have adhesive stuck to it from the packaging. When I addressed the issue I was given this reply: The seller sent you a message" I always ship these this way and this is a first. You are not able to get it off? " Nope! I cancelled the refund request because do not have time for games. Very disappointing considering this was a gift for someone else.

I am certain they were confused with the packaging. They are wrapped in a black trash bag and taped tightly for transport. No chance of tape being on the actual item. I think they must have thought the trash bag covering was part of the windshield shade. We responded 1 time to open a dialog to resolve and this is what I got. Had every intention of working through it. I am certain they figured it out.
