I was happy with the time to receive the product. For the price, it is acceptable. However, I ordered items from their website that are listed as shipped February 6, which was 2weeks after ordering but USPS indicates they are waiting to receive them. I’ve emailed Utopia and called but as of today, I’ve not heard back from them. I advise against using their website.
