The criticism is totally unjustified, the description in my item listing clearly stated this: ‘AM frequency radio works but poor quality sound.’ The radio function was an obviously gimmicky incidental to the model car. The item was dispatched within 1 working day and arrived after 6 days. A lengthy detailed message was sent upon dispatch informing upon packing, circumstances of dispatch and processing and probable delivery period – which was achieved.
