This item I received is not the exact item shown in the photo. This is sad as shown in the photo submitted. I have only had this item for one day & a diamond has fallen out already. The total carat weight is supposed to be between 8 - 8.5 & 410 diamonds in total the size shipped doesn't in anyway match that description. I just want what I paid for not what the seller prefers me to have. This seller is in my opinion a Sham, a Scam, Not good with business at all be careful don't buy here EVER!!!!
