    It works better than the holder I improvised from an office binder clip and electrical wire. The smaller “ID badge” clip was more secure than I expected, retaining my cue sheet in its (self-provided) plastic bag on a 16-mile ride averaging 11 mph, peaking at 30 mph. Definitely better than keeping it in a pocket, and the price is worth NOT obtaining and assembling the same components myself. No communication with seller was required, so I really can’t rate.

    My bike has a very short stem. The strap of this route sheet holder is slightly longer and narrower than my previous one so it goes around the stem better. Length 6 + 7/16 inch, Width 1/2 inch.

    It's a metal clip attached to a strip of velcro. I thought it included the plastic cue sheet holder, based on the photo, but it does not. I emailed the seller about it but got no response. The price from this seller was too high, in my opinion. The same item can be found elsewhere on ebay for a much more reasonable price.
