The description is true, some of the metal was bent but it wasn't too difficult to bend back into shape with pliers, hammer and elbow grease. Instruction sheets and all necessary hardware were included. If you can DIY, you can buy from this seller with confidence. The shipping box had a small hole in the corner but nothing is missing.

Purchased the Marade simulator chair. Ships from CA. To TX. In no time. Ordered it mid day Monday and it was waiting for me when I got off work Wednesday afternoon. Yes it's summer time but that's super fast shipping. Items were just as pictured although the disclaimer stated ther may be variances. I am mechanically inclined so assembly wasn't bad, took me around 2.5 to 3 hrs to fully assemble and that's taking a break to eat dinner. Chair is perfect for beginner, bulky but fun. I recommend it.
