Toaster was listed as used, so I guess I should of known better than to expect it to be clean upon opening the package when I arrived, crumbs lined the bottom of the toaster & food burned into the heating elements inside the toaster, its as if they just got done using it, threw it in a box & shipped it off to me, So I assume it was too much to ask it to be cleaned before listing it on ebay, I gave neutral listing instead of negative because I should of known better than to buy a used toaster
