This transaction was nearly 2 months ago. This item was packaged extremely well, just as we package all items for safe delivery as our excellent feedback attests. We have been shipping worldwide for 25 years on eBay. Not sure why the buyer is making this type of inaccurate statement. It is also important to note we promptly communicated with the buyer and advised her to start the return process for a full refund and we never heard back from her. This is clearly undeserved negative feedback.
