I bought to castle kits after a week of NO SHIPMENT I contacted seller to make sure everything was okay. The SELLER NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL and a 11 days later after ebay steps in I get a refund 18 days later.
DONT BUY HERE PEOPLE VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I replied right after you sent a message stating the package may have been lost but i was ready to ship out a replacement. You never responded to my message and immediately opened a case. I accepted refund because you never responded. Im not going to ship a replacement along with a refund.

I included a business card and note with order if you had any issues and it had my contact info on it. I never received a message from you. If you had contacted me I would have just emailed you the pdf of them. I also messaged on ebay that i could send them and still have not received a reply.
