I have now sent five emails to the seller the seller keeps telling me I ordered the wrong duplexer the duplexer is capable of 400 to 470 MHz I'm in the 462 MHz and they're telling me I ordered the wrong one they labeled it for my frequency but it's not tuned to the frequency that's the complaint it's not tuned like they said they would tune it and I'm asking them to help me fix this but they keep telling me I ordered the wrong one if that's the case why did they put my frequency on the tag on it

really sorry for the feedback, In the mnessgae you want 460-550Mhz, and I replied that the frequency can not works over 470, and you order the wrong item, because if it over 470 , it can not works. If you really can not use it well, we provide 3 years warranty for free return . you can please return it back
