Terrible experience, the item is not as described. Damaged either previously or during shipping. Seller refuses to respond to multiple attempts at reaching out to them. From one business owner to another this is not professional at all. Very disappointed with this purchase. Will have to cost me more money to repair it and waist of my time. I would not recommend this seller at all. Very poor business handling.

In that span of time you messaged multiple times and finally decided to leave us this feedback before we could even answer. We have offered several solutions to resolve this issue. It appears that the item was damaged in transit. I understand your frustration however this is something entirely out of our control. We always accept returns.
