2 dolls have just been delivered. Unfortunately both dolls are definitely not in clean condition & smell strongly of cigarettes!! 🥲 They are also missing parts so are not complete. I would not have paid so much money for dolls in this condition therefore would like to return them please.

At first you complained that the dolls were smoky!! No one in my family smoked or smokes!! Then they wrote that they were dirty!!! The buyer does not want to return the dolls but wants extra money. It’s a shame, but this also happens!!!!
