Item never arrived and at first contact the seller was less than helpful, suggesting I do the investigation into where the item was.
After opening a request with eBay the seller was more helpful eventually refunding the cost after finding out the courier had lost it.
Not the best eBay experience but sorted in the end all be it after a stressful few messages and the seller eventually taking responsibility.
