The return was easy and the refund prompt. The blu-ray was new and I opened it only to find it was a Region 1 version but no mention of it was on the website.
This shows the importance of accurate and sufficient information. After all, why would someone buy a dvd that cannot be played in the country it is being sold unless it clearly states where it can be played and intends it to be taken out of the country.
