1. The ad showed a photo of a digital battery tester. I recieved a analog tester. It doesn't give the voltage in digits, only a indication in a color code. So I did not get the product I wanted.
2. I paid VAT when I ordered the item. It seems the papers were not filled in correctly for the Norwegian customers. So I had to pay VAT once more, plus a fee.
3. The seller should have used a correct photo, and have papers in order.
4. The seller offered a refund. But I let it go as the item was cheap.
