The item came at a time when I was actually home, so that's a plus. They packed the hell out of it too, I didn't see a single blemish on the box, or the interior, let alone the figure itself. So at-least from this experience I'd say this is a trustworthy seller. Despite being used, I at least haven't 'noticed' any issues on the figure either.
