    Boots are in good condition given they are many years old. Size chart provided for reference is confusing and useless. Left a message try clarifying about the size wasn’t replied until a few days later and when purchased left a note ensure the size I am getting is female size US 8 and instead received a pair of men’s size 10. Not going to send them back and pay total 3x shipping just wishing they can get me the size right next time.

    Sorry to hear that your boots were too large, in our communications with you, we recommended a size 3 boot. You moved ahead and ordered a size 8 boot, and we shipped you what you ordered. These boots fit big and may feel like a 10, however the inside of the boot is clearly stamped 8. We would be more than happy to replace the boot to a smaller size if that works for you. - Please advise.
