Sorry to hear this. Stickers are sent in an envelope with no tracking. I sent out a second envelope a few days ago. Customer messaged yesterday asking for a refund. No problem gave back a full refund and allowed them to keep all the stickers. Thank you for reading this and considering my small business.

Item arrived quickly and at a lower price than other sellers had sold the same item. Only setback was that the cheap batteries that had been included by the manufacturer (not the seller) had burst open inside the packaging, but all it took was three new AA batteries to get it working, at no extra expense as I already had some. All in all, a good experience.
