Received crystal remover. Seller stated that it was in great working order. When I received it, it was packaged ok. The threads on the puller are severely stripped/rolled over. It does not tighten down onto the crystal. Not only are the threads on the bolt (male threads), but the piece that actually threads on (female threads) are also stripped really badly. I’ve contacted the seller, sent pictures, and explained, and I have not heard anything. They do not accept returns, so I guess I’m stuck.
