Venditore assente tracciabilità assente dopo 2 giorni che non venivano spediti articoli e continui ms ha venditore senza risposta ho richiesto annullo mi è arrivato email che l'annullo era accettato dopo 2 giorni ancora non risponde e non ha fatto rimborso verrà segnalato e per fortuna che c'è PayPal perché se non con questi venditori di questo tipo si perdono i costi pagati esperienza negativa l'ho sconsiglio

Il cliente minaccia e chiede la spedizione nei tempi non gestiti da noi. L 'ordine sarebbe partito nei tempi dichiarati, senza ritardo ma il cliente frustrato chiede l'annullo dopo meno delle 24 ore dall'ordine. Accettiamo l'annullamento ed avviamo la procedura per il rimborso (che è gestito da ebay) e continua a minacciare noi chiedendo di ricevere il rimborso nell'immediato senza considerare i giorni festivi del fine settimana. Il regolamento di ebay l ha mai letto? PESSIMO CLIENTE!!!
