I can’t really rate the item because I am still waiting on parts. The wheel stand is good but somewhat uncomfortable on my couch. The big issue is customer service. I am missing hardware after waiting an extra 4 days for the second box to show up. They only respond by email in the middle of the night. The solution offered was to ship the hardware from China and I should get it in 7-28 days. Um, no. Now they found some hardware in the US but I won’t even be contacted until midnight so who knows?

Sorry, we will resolve and handle any issues that arise. We have already imposed penalties on the packaging personnel. Because we have 5 local warehouses in the United States, in order to reduce customer waiting, we will prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse when we have inventory, and the arrival time of all two packages is inconsistent. Our customer service has a working time of 8 hours, and we will respond and process emails after receiving them.

Had this seat a few weeks now, and so far so good, was a bit of a struggle to assemble but that's probably down to me. So far it's not showing any signs of wear or damage (we have 3month old kittens so it's being well tested. Delivery was on time.
