Slow initial shipping. Received the two hand warmers. One was Dead-On-Arrival (worked for 10 seconds then shutoff). The second lasted for 60 seconds but the next day only 10 seconds then no more.
Both had been recharged for 12 hours overnight prior, twice.
Contacted seller who said they would send replacement. It has now been 7 weeks after they said they sent the replacement and it has not been received. The tracking number they sent did not work.
