This is my first time using ebay, so im not sure if this is the right place to report this sort of problem, but i ordered this product on the 18th of April, and it was expected on the 22nd. It is now May, so i have no clue where it is and i have left complaining for a while but now i really feel i should ask what's going on, can you please get back to me with some sort of information? Or guidance on who else to contact

Top arrived to the wrong address, seller ignored messages. When I finally got the top it had a hole and loose stitching. Got it authenticated and it was shown to be fake balenciaga. Seller sent several harassing messages and threats, I had to block them in the end.

Customer originally claimed “item not received”, once i uploaded tracking that confirmed delivery that changed to “arrived damaged”, which again was false, but i still accepted the return and paid for a return label, customer then returned an unbranded t shirt, admitted this through eBay messages claiming she has accidentally got 2 items mixed up and is trying to recover my item. Then the customer leaves fake negative feedback to cause maximum damage to my business. SELLERS & BUYERS BE AWARE!
