I used the wrong address and immediately emailed the seller after placing the order. However, the seller took 3 days to respond, stating that the order cannot be canceled. I am unsure why the order cannot be canceled since it has not shipped out yet. Furthermore, the seller did not inform me whether they could change the shipping address. I hope they can still change the shipping address so that I can return it if necessary.
