DVD was placed into a poly bag for posting without any packaging materials such as bubble wrap so outer case arrived broken but DVD itself was not damaged. Would have expected better packaging for a TV DVD that cost almost £20. Delivery was quite slow (7 days) but that could have been issues with the courier company rather than a delay in dispatch by the Seller.
