Took a while to arrive, and unfortunately the wrong size was delivered. Ordered 50cm x 50cm cushion, but received 40cm x 40cm. Got in touch with seller, who said if I shook it, it would expand as it had been vacuum packed. With the best will in the world, its not going to expand 10cm.... Eventually after much conversation, they gave me my money back and I sent the cushion back to them
