    Escape Wheel arrived safe and sound yesterday. Exactly as described. Dispatched very quickly. Part is very small and delicate but was supplied in a plastic bag, which was inside a small hard plastic box, which gave it excellent protection! Part has now been fitted to the watch movement which is now running. Thank you.

    Very prompt, polite, communication with the seller and they were extremely understanding with a shipping issue that wasn't their fault. The parts could do with a bit of a clean, but look like they will be functional after that. All parts were together in a small zip lock bag inside a small plastic box, hopefully no bent pivots. A note: The poor shipping time is nothing to do with the seller, and most likely down to the Royal Mail and the tightening of digital documentation required by Ireland
