Fast shipping, packaged well, good communication, was good to go right out of the box. Super happy with the laptop. There is a significant dent in one of the hinges that’s not visible in the pictures. It doesn’t affect how it functions, but makes it a bit of a pain to put the back cover back on after upgrading the RAM. Thankfully I won’t have to do that again in the foreseeable future! Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Thank you!
