    I bought 2 bob welch picture sleeves in 2 separate orders, only received one and though the seller refunded a couple dollars for combined shipping on the 2 separate orders he refused to refund on the cost of the 2nd item and refused to send the 2nd item. So i open item not recieved case per ebay rules and after that he sent a message the next day and refunded me after complaint

    Buyer was advised prior to shipping that there was only one sleeve, the second had been listed in error. Once both of the refunds were applied, he ended up getting a sleeve for less that it cost me to ship it. Check my other feedback. I have been selling on eBay for 22 years, with over 10k satisfied customers. If you want the full story on this one, let me know.
