Very problematic and self-entitled seller. Slab looks like they tried to crack it open but failed. It’s scratched, cracked, chipped. Seller refused to do anything, never even apologized. Became hostile when I asked for prepaid return label, said it’s my problem. Slab was just thrown in an envelope with nothing to protect it, no bubble wrap or anything. Seller shows zero concern for customers or items.
