Il computer mostra i difetti riportati in foto dal venditore sul suo e-store. Il lettore CD-Rom invece risulta difettoso è non si apre. Il computer nel complesso funziona bene, il sistema operativo gira senza intoppi. Non ho fatto il reso perché i difetti (compreso il lettore CD-Rom) posso essere risolti e il computer può ancora funzionare nel pieno delle sue facoltà. Grazie

Innanzitutto ti volevamo ringraziare per il tuo feedback, la tua opinione per noi conta e ci aiuta a crescere e migliorare. Per quanto riguarda il difetto riscontrato probabilmente il lettore si è bloccato durante il trasporto poiché prima aveva superato tutti i test.
