Item arrived on time and packaging was fine. But album had small vinyl blobs on.got in touch and they gave me a free uk address to send back. Which I did .after a month and didn't get my refund they then asked for proof of postage which I no longer could find. I must have discarded it when I posted it and took care of it.they should have asked for it when I posted it. So they now said if it turns up I'll get a refund.this was the second one I ordered as 1st one was the same
