The disappointment was I ordered SPECIFICALLY from this vendor because it indicated the shortest delivery time when compared to others. It was indicated my item would be received by April 30th and I received the item 2 days late (May 2nd).
I'm HIGHLY UPSET ebay makes you wait (7)seven days to leave neutral or negative feedback but positive feedback immediately. Is that a cool off period for unsatisfied customers?
