Buyer requested that we use DHL for the RESHIPMENT of item we sent to their eBay Reg address VIA FedEx. When we explained that we could NOT do that they left us Neg feedback. FedEx made several attempts to deliver to them and the Buyer admitted that they had previous issues using anyone other than DHL which is obviously not our fault. If they have issues with the delivery options eBay offers, they should not just roll the dice and try to hold us accountable especially when they KNOW the risk.
