I went to the Click and Collect Shop

But they said that because Zi have no Barcode for collection I cant have the item. Was supposed to Royal Mail.
The owner has refunded my account for £5.99p but I wanted the item and still do if a bar code can be arranged. And also Zi am prepared to pay this again if there is a method of paying again .
