I tried everything possible to make things right with you. I even sent you replacements without you sending the wrong ones as a good will courtesy since you said that the post office was 45 minutes away. You could have scheduled a pickup which you didn't but I took the loss. No proper claim was opened and I took your word for it. I tried my best for things to work but unfortunately all my tries were not successful. I answered you extremely quickly as I answer all other inquiries from customers.
