It's not often that an item described as "Untested" actually works, but this item does work. It did arrive with a significant amount more damage than pictured because of poor packaging. The box was FedExed to pieces and there were two holes on one side where the two fuse holders punched through. One of the fuse holders was broken off and had to be replaced. Still, it works fine and a great price.
