We do not offer any guarantee on the movement accuracy, water-proof or any other mechanical guarantee as these are vintage watches. Buyers should be aware that a general service or further service work, for which the buyer is alone responsible, may be necessary. If an adjustment of the watch or a waterproofing is necessary, it will be the responsibility of the buyer. The watches are sold as is.
 
The watches are described as faithfully as possible to reality. Pictures are not retouched. An informative condition report of each watch can be found on our website. If the watch has been overhauled, the ad will mention it and the service papers will be remitted to the buyer. Basically, you buy what you see.
 
Unless otherwise stated, all our parts are covered by a six-month contractual warranty. However, the warranty does not cover a problem or failure caused by water, accident, shock, improper handling, lack of care and of course by interventions of third parties not authorized by us. Any problems caused by improper handling or negligence on the part of the customer are not covered by the warranty.
 
Subject to the above, we will repair all watches covered by the warranty. If we are unable to repair the watch, we will take it back and reimburse the customer for the price paid at the time of order except shipping charges, import custom and duties. Of course, all accessories and documents that accompanied the watch at the time of sale must be returned to us. 
 
Under no circumstances will we pay any repair or service invoice from a third party, whether or not the third party is approved by the brand.
