Seller sent me a defective item. The screen on the radio went out after 2 months and they worked with me for a short time. They sent me a screen to replace because they didn't want me to send the unit back. I'm not a tech that can replace screen. They did everything they could to not send another unit out.. in the end they stopped communicating and i had to take a loss on the unit. the new screen the sent me didn't work and they wanted me to send the screen back to them at my charge .. crooks

Great communication pre-sale, fast delivery, good packaging. I put this in my daughter’s 2014 Cooper S. It works as advertised. The CarPlay works flawlessly. I so far am unable to get the radio to work which I believe is related to the antenna connection. I’m not sure it’s correct. That leads me to the biggest negative. There are no installation instructions. They emailed me some information, but it’s not useful. I used others YouTube videos.
