Packed poorly head was broken off and then glued wings broken off. If I had known I wouldn’t have bought it. Very disappointed.

I packed this in a box with packing peanuts and the item completely wrapped in bubble wrap. The head was not broken and the wings were never glued on. All photos that I posted showed every angle of the item and I always post if there is a defect. This one had none. If something happened to the item during shipping, it was out of my control. In my listing I always say to contact me if there is a problem and I can try and fix it with you. I was never contacted about this item coming like it did.
