This guy is advertising his items as "New" when they are clearly open box items. When I brought to his attention he said " my merchandise comes from Amazon returns" and I open the box to make sure everything is there. What kind of person opens a factory sealed box... One that is trying to pull something. I asked him to change the listing to "New-other, or New-open box" , but he declined. Still selling these opened toner boxes as "New".
